Frugal Pizza: a project born from collaboration with pizza maker Antonio Nobile that redefines conscious consumption. Frugal Pizza reduces the size from 30 cm to 25 cm and the weight from 500-600g to 250-300g, whilst maintaining quality and taste. The benefits? Fewer calories, less waste, a 30-40% price reduction and an extraordinary environmental impact: if adopted globally, it could save 1 million tonnes of wheat per year and 1.5 trillion litres of water for cereal production.
